Cristina is the owner of Columbia City Mindfulness and DBT. She is a master DBT clinician with more than 20 years' experience on DBT teams and providing individual and group DBT skills. She trained and practiced at Harborview DBT and on research teams at UW DBT clinic. She has supervised DBT teams internationally and consulted with DBT practitioners nationally who were seeking certification. She is currently on a supervisor's team associated with the UW.
She is an approved supervisor in Washington State for those seeking licensure and welcomes the opportunity to support newer clinicians. She envisions collaborating with other DBT and mindfulness-based clinicians who are interested in advancing their skills in this modality. She enjoys mentoring therapists and supporting her clients with her skills in evidence-based therapies ranging from CBT for anxiety to MBCT for Depression. Cristina has participated in intensive study of FAP and Compassion Focused Therapy and integrates these approaches into her sessions with her clients.
Cristina is also a certified Mindfulness Teacher through the MMTCP program through Spirit Rock, she enjoys teaching mindfulness in groups and to individuals seeking to start a practice or integrate mindfulness into their daily lives.

Jess received her bachelor's degree in psychology from Middlebury College and her master's degree in counseling from Boston University, specializing in sport psychology. She also holds a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in school counseling. Jess has experience working with collegiate athletes, high school students and adults in diverse settings. In her private practice Jess uses evidence-based treatments including Dialectical Behavioral (DBT) informed therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is the skills group co-leader for the Thursday Women's group.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family which include her husband, six-year-old daughter and their yellow lab. She likes exploring new places, running and having good conversation!

Patrick believes that anyone who’s decided to see a therapist should know that they’re receiving a treatment that works. Patrick specializes in research-supported therapies and collaborate with teens and young adults to overcome their depression, anxiety, traumatic stress, and other mental health challenges. He helps people build the skills to challenge negative thoughts, improve their relationships, and develop a life worth living.
Patrick is a licensed therapist practicing over telehealth in Washington State, he received his master's degree in child & Adolescent Psychology from the University of Washington, and he is intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) through UW/Harborview Hospital. He previously offered DBT and co-led DBT skills groups with Greenlake Therapy Group. He also sits on the board of Journeymen, a mentoring and rites of passage organization based in Vashon, WA. He has a deep love of music, cooking, and growing plants. He lives on Vashon with his partner and their loving puppy Ramsey.
