WELCOME

We are so glad that you found your way to this website and hope that the information provided here
helps you to make the very important decision of whether or not to start a DBT Skills Group.

If you are checking out this website for yourself, a friend or a family member
chances are that someone in your life is suffering quite a bit.  First we want to acknowledge
this suffering and your attempt to find relief; attempts to relieve suffering are compassionate acts.
If this is your first attempt to seek help, congratulations.  We also recognize the courage it takes
to keep looking when earlier attempts have not been fruitful. Again, we hope this website is helpful.
We have included information about Full DBT and included links to more extensive information if you would like it.

WOULD  a  SKILLS GROUP be helpful with the problems I or my love one experience?

Do you have emotions that are intense, unpredictable and interfere with your relationships at work or at home?

Do you struggle with feeling empty?

Unsure of your identity?

Do your emotions interfere with your ability to make decisions or be clear about what you really want in life?

Are you sometimes impulsive in ways that you regret later?

Have people in your life given you the message you are too sensitive or emotional?

Have you thought about suicide or started to engage in self destructive behaviors?

If you found yourself answering yes to some of the questions above then you would probably really benefit from the skills taught in this class.

The primary purpose of the class is to teach skills that will allow you to get back into the drivers seat in your life rather than have your life repeatedly hijacked by intense unpredictable emotions.

Currently we are offering the following Skills Classes:
Tuesdays:    4:30 to 6:30pm all genders are welcome.

Thursdays:   4:15 to 6:15 pm for all individuals who identify as female, whether assigned female at birth, trans-female or gender expansive.   You are welcome.

All Classes are through Zoom to follow guidelines for physical distancing due to the Coronavirus.

This an on-going group and there are openings for new students every six weeks or so.  Go to the getting started tab to learn more about the process.

Please go to the CONTACT  US page above to begin the process of entering services or to request additional information.   We look forward to hearing from you.
