Friday Community DROP-IN Meditation Gathering

About the meditation drop in format:   This is a community meditation practice structured to include a grounding meditation to help yourself settle, a small teaching on a meditation practice theme and followed by a guided practice offered separately from my therapy practice.  If you would like mindfulness focused therapy, please contact me through this website for that purpose.

At these gatherings there may be some chance to ask questions or to join a breakout room for a short sharing of how your practice or another inquiry to support the discussion.   There is some variation in the structure from week to week.  This forum is on-going and welcomes new participants.


When:  Fridays at 9:00am until 10:00am.

Cost:   These gatherings are offered generously without cost to the public.  There is a tradition of "dana" in the Buddhist tradition with is that students choose to offer a gift to the teachers as an act of reciprocity.  No one will be turned away for lack of funds.  Kate and Cristina have chosen to offer these practices freely and choose a new organization quarterly to support with the dana offered by participants.
