Gatherings will be held weekly on Wednesdays from 4:00-5:15pm on Zoom. The Structure will follow the format below with slight changes in how time is allocated based on needs of the group balanced with plans of the facilitator.
Guided Mindfulness Practice Mindful Check In - Feelings and Needs Teaching Vignette for Skills Strengthening and Expansion taken from DBT, CBT, Mindfulness and Compassion Focused Therapies Skills coaching and practice in the large room or in break out rooms Commitments and closure
Attendance is optional: Come as often as you are able, we will be here for you.
Option: Request a practice buddy to support progress toward goals and additional skills practice between gatherings.
