Monday Class -
openings June 6th

MONDAY SKILLS CLASS:
Monday's 4:00 - 6:00
NEXT OPENING:  June 6th,  2022

This class is taught in the classical format and is open to all students of every gender.   New students will enter throughout the year during the Mindfulness section of the course so there are always newer and older students in the class.    As a newer student you will have an opportunity to hear from older students of their progress and experience.  This is a rich and often inspiring part of the class for many.   This class accepts students who are 18 years of age and older.  The make up of the class changes from year to year and throughout the year as people graduate and new students start.   This offers opportunities for welcoming newer faces and also practicing saying goodbye.
What does classical format mean?   This means that each module is taught 2x over the year of the class.  The material is repeated to increase practice with each module, often the 2nd time through people find that they understand and can utilize the new skills in their lives much more successfully.   As with any other new skills, it takes repeated exposure to the material and practice, practice, practice for the new habits to be able to be fully put into practice.   It is a bit like learning a new language or a musical instrument though we don't keep you in class for decades :-).
