Is it reimbursable by insurance?    No, this is not therapy but a continuing education and support for DBT Graduates.

The answer is YES if you have graduated from DBT that included both individual therapy and skill group components.
The answer is YES if you are not currently in crisis but want to connect with other DBT graduates and a DBT trained provider to keep growing in your use of skills.
The answer is YES if you are looking for a community where you are safe to explore, share and grow together by strengthening the skills you already have and adding more to your toolkit.
